Tender area to touch on front of skull.

Hi,



There's a small area on the front corner of my skull, top right of the forehead that causes a lot of pain when I press it. I've had it for as long as I can remember, but it doesn't cause any issues unless pressed hard, but when I do press it, it's a horrible pain that pulses through my whole head and feels unbearable, and I feel the pain recurring for up to 10 minutes after.



I'm quite good usually with tolerating pain, but this just doesn't feel right, like somethings wrong.



I have Anxiety, depression and ADHD, but I'm not sure if this is linked at all.



Please Help.
